Created for the Art Journal Caravan…I am so grateful for the creation of these 5 paintings plus a sculpture and chair.  The journalling reads: 5 paintings that have brought me so much joy and inspiration are:  Romaine Brooks’ 1923 Self Portrait, Andy Warhol’s iconic Marilyns, Gustav Klimt’s Hyieia, Frederic Leighton’s Flaming June, and Georgia O’Keeffe’s Red Canna.  I also love Gaston LaChaise’s powerful sculpture Standing Woman and Charles Mackintosh’s bold chair designed for the Willow Tea Room.  They all hold special places in my heart, have shaped me and mark chapters in my life.
